 Overview 360°
is a research of the organizations’ expectations concerning managers’ competence. The data for the analysis and report is received from: the participants, workers, co-operators, superiors. This research is the extension of traditional research 360o and it can be arranged on paper or on-line. As a result of the research of representative managers’ group, 24 most important for Polish market competences were selected.
