Worker’s Satisfaction Research (WSR)
is an advanced methodological research of the amount and quality type and checking satisfaction of work. It is used for measurement and monitoring of the attitudes towards organization. The analysis will give the basis to the model answering the question: Which factors should we concentrate on to prevent excessive rotation and achieve maximum level of satisfaction and engagement of workers? The research may involve all the workers of the organization or only one selected department. It can take the form of on-line or paper questionnaires.
