Customer’s Satisfaction Research (CSR)
is an advanced methodological research of the amount and quality type and checking satisfaction of both domestic and outside customers. The research involves a representative group of customers and it is used to create a model of the customer’s satisfaction. This model shows clearly factors to concentrate on so as to achieve the maximum increase of satisfaction of the services provided. The research can take the form of on-line questionnaires or live interviews.
