Managers’ Academy
is an integral developmental programme which consists of individual sessions concerning management development’s planning as well as intense trainings creating competences which are significant for the organization. The trainings take a form of practical workshops. Their efficiency is achieved thanks to the use of modern RESULT technology which emphasises attitudes, skills and knowledge. The programme is preceded by diagnosis of managers’ potential, e.g. by means of the research Overview 360o. The competences’ selection is based on the research results and organizational needs’ analysis. One of the programme’s part is an individual developmental session. Every participant has a given number of sessions at his or her disposal. These session’s aim is to support and develop leadership skills so as to enable their use in work environment specific to every manager.
