HR Academy
is an integral developmental programme shaping consultation competence of workers of HR departments. It consists of a series of trainings, tasks to be performed in the organization and supervision of the results achieved. Academy prepares workers to act as partners of the company’s management and managers’ staff. The programme is preceded by research of organization’s expectations towards HR department, by means of Domestic Customer’ Satisfaction Research. The subjects’ selection is based on the research results and the analysis of organizational needs. It consists of intense trainings which reinforce knowledge and skills concerning HR with emphasis on the connections with business needs of the organization and particular groups. The subjects can concern the following topic areas as well as practices of business needs implementation in HR: enrolment, development, problems’ and conflicts’ solving, organizational negotiations, work efficiency increase, restructuring and dismissals.
